Booking essential as places are limited

Please arrive to class 10 minutes before class is due to start.

Pregnancy Yoga classes Monday & Wednesday evenings are ongoing with either 6 week blocks of classes, pay for the remaining classes of that block if started already or drop in classes available.

‘Mums to be’ can join anytime after 12 weeks right up to their due time and beyond!

If you decide to commit to a block of 6 weeks and miss a class or more you can make up that class/classes by taking them within the 6 week block you already paid for.
If however you have committed to a block of 6 weeks it is not possible to carry over missed classes into the next 6 week block or to another type of Yoga class.

We have a no refund policy.

Your welcome to try a class first and pay as a drop in.

You can go to a different evening classes from week to week if it suits you better as long as prior notice is given to check there is a place for you.

Wear comfortable clothing so you can move & stretch with ease.

Ideally, it’s preferable not to eat before a class, you could have something light like a banana, dates, nuts, or cereal bar.

Please bring with you your own yoga mat (they are available to buy in Urban Wellbeing Centre for €30) the Pregnancy Yoga Registration Form pregnancy registration form & a pillow or cushion to make you really comfortable during the floor work and relaxation.

 

Mom & baby Yoga.

These classes are ran as a drop in basis €5 a class all year round. All welcome no experience of Yoga required!

Usually babies are between 6weeks to around 8 months or on the move!

Please contact us before you set off to check this class is running!

If coming to Mum & baby Yoga could you bring to class a cushion for your baby or a blanket.
