Suitable from 13 weeks to due time our Pregnancy Yoga has been described by one of our Moms just like a hug! It’s a very special practice honouring 2 bodies in 1, creating a safe, supportive space.

Inviting connection, sharing, community and sisterhood during one of the most vulnerable and powerful times in your life!

Enhancing your pregnancy on all levels mind, body and spirit through gentle movement, adapted poses, breath work, awareness, pelvic floor work and using gym balls. Improving strength, confidence, flexibility and easing common pregnancy ailments.

While preparing for the challenge of labour and birth through to the adventure of Motherhood!

Learning how to breathe, pause, respond and relax is so important for general wellbeing on and off the mat.

Many of our Moms boast they had the best nights sleep after the class! And the yoga breathing has helped them ride over their surges, cope with the intensity and unpredictability of labour and birth.
