Online Pregnancy Yoga
Weekly class, Mondays 7.30 – 8.30pm
Open after 13 weeks to due time
4 week block starts Monday 8th February – 1st March
(includes a recording of the class which lasts 7 days)
Please complete Pregnancy Yoga Registration form and email back prior to class.
You’ll receive a zoom link each Monday and you’ll need a yoga mat, cushion, cosy blanket.
Please join your scheduled class 10 minutes before it’s due to start allowing time to settle and for any tech issues!
