Pregnancy Yoga 4 week course starts Wednesday 20th November @ 7 – 8.10pm in Ballinfoile Castlegar Community Centre (BCNC) Galway City.

Open after 13 weeks to due time. No yoga experience necessary

Our Pregnancy Yoga Registration form will be emailed to you once booking is complete. Please return before your 1st class.

You’ll need a yoga mat, cushion, cosy blanket. (gym ball required for some classes)

Aim to join your class 5 minutes before it’s due to start allowing time to settle.
