Babies are completely in this mode of pure mindfulness at its best! Which they very generously share with you! Just one look into the depth of their eyes, knowing, wisdom already, combined with their expressions and they have you. Your totally transported into the moment the here and now!

Everything which was worrying you ceases, even just for that moment! Babies melt your heart completely and you have no choice but to surrender. The present in its most purest form! Just magical!
