Mom and Baby Yoga 

Open to babes from 6 weeks up to babes on the move! These classes are a safe space in your week completely focused on you and babe and making new friends.  During class time there is no housework, no where else to go and nothing else to do and no judgements.

Supporting this time of great change both different and wonderful with a gentle practice for Mom’s to heal, strengthen and relax alongside a fun, playful practice with baby encouraging singing, movement, sounds and loving touch. It has been described by one of our Moms ‘You can feel all the love in the air’

The class is a social space where many yogi friendships have been forged, those babies now teenagers!! A valuable resource for connection, sharing and community.
