We’re delighted to offer Baby Reflexology 4 week Courses for Parents or Carers with babies from 4 weeks to pre-crawling in Galway City and County and more recently County Mayo!

Baby reflexology invites a special connection between baby and Parent or Carer which can last a life time! Who doesn’t love babies toes toes! They lend a perfect opportunity to bring ease and relief to many of baby’s struggles using baby reflexology techniques combined with loving touch and connection.

Over the 4 classes you will learn adapted reflexology techniques which nurture this growing bond, whilst empowering yourself as a Parent or Carer not just for baby but for any brothers and sisters too! An added bonus! And for Parents or Carers we’ve weaved in some beautiful self care practices.

These techniques can help with babies sleep, calm and connection, easing constipation, colic, wind, teething and much more!

Our classes are completely baby led, small and friendly with like minded Parents or Carers.

Penny is  originally a Nurse, Reflexologist  registered with the NRRI and certified Practitioner with https://www.babyreflex.co.uk .

Most health insurers will cover part of the course depending on your plan please check.
